RoseMehl LLC ("RoseMehl," "we," "us," or "our") operates rosemhel.com and provides AI-powered finance and operations consulting services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
What we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us:
- Contact information: Name, email address, company name, job title, and phone number when you submit our contact form or interact with our AI consultant.
- Conversation data: When you use our AI chatbot or free tools, we store the conversation to improve our service and follow up on proposals.
- Purchase information: If you purchase a skill from our store, Stripe processes your payment. We receive order confirmation and your email to deliver your purchase. We do not store credit card numbers.
We also collect information automatically:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-first, no cookies, no personal data
- Server logs including IP addresses and page requests (retained for 30 days)
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and deliver services you've requested
- To send you the proposal generated by our AI consultant
- To deliver purchased skills and send order confirmation
- To send our weekly insights newsletter (only if you subscribed)
- To improve our AI consultant and free tools
AI-generated content disclosure
Our website uses Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic, to power our sales consultant, free tools, and content generation. When you interact with these features, your inputs are processed by Claude's API. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how they handle data sent to their API. We do not use your conversation data to train AI models.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Anthropic: Your chatbot and tool inputs are processed via the Claude API
- Stripe: Payment processing for skills store purchases
- Resend: Email delivery service for proposals and order confirmations
- Cloudflare: Our hosting and CDN provider
Data retention
We retain contact form submissions and chatbot conversations for 12 months, after which they are deleted. Purchase records are retained for 7 years for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
Your rights

Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS 1.2+), Cloudflare's WAF and DDoS protection, and encrypted secrets management. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.
