Senior executives from defense, telecommunications, deep tech, SaaS, and medical devices came together with one conviction: the way companies buy consulting is broken. We built the replacement.
We have sat in every seat we now advise. CFO. COO. CCO. CEO. We have done the M&A, the turnaround, the IPO prep, the FDA submission. We know what it costs — and what it costs you when it's done slowly and expensively by people who have never done it themselves.
RoseMehl was founded on a simple belief: the most valuable consulting comes from operators, not advisors. People who have run the P&L, managed the regulators, closed the audit, and built the teams — not people who have studied those who have.
We combined that operating experience with AI — specifically Claude — to deliver at a speed and price point that traditional consulting cannot match. The result is a firm that moves like a startup and thinks like a seasoned executive team.
Michael Rosenberg is a strategic, hands-on CFO and finance executive with more than 20 years of global leadership experience. As Managing Director and Practice Leader for CFO Services at RoseMehl, he partners with founders, boards, and investors across technology, AI, medtech, and SaaS to provide hands-on financial leadership — from early-stage scaling through M&A exits, IPO readiness, and post-merger integration.
At MaxQ AI, Michael served in three consecutive C-suite roles — Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Executive Officer. He was instrumental in raising over $70 million from top-tier investors, building strategic OEM partnerships with GE, Philips, and IBM, and positioning the company for IPO readiness. In 2022, he joined Edify as CFO and within 18 months drove the turnaround that resulted in acquisition by Avaya in 2024.
Michael has a particular interest in how artificial intelligence is reshaping financial operations, forecasting, and decision-making. At RoseMehl, he leads engagements that deploy AI to transform clients' back-office functions — automating FP&A, building self-running forecasting systems, accelerating board reporting, and compressing compliance programs from millions to hundreds of thousands.
Robert Mehler is a seasoned operations and technology executive with deep expertise in global operations management, cybersecurity, compliance, and technology strategy. As Managing Director and Practice Leader for COO and Technology Services at RoseMehl, he helps organizations build the operational infrastructure, security frameworks, and enterprise systems that scale — with AI at the center.
As co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at MaxQ AI, Robert built the operational backbone of one of the most ambitious clinical AI companies in history — scaling from a founding team to 125+ employees across the United States and Israel. He led cross-functional teams spanning product, R&D, regulatory affairs, compliance, customer success, and global deployments, overseeing the development and integration of FDA and CE-cleared AI applications for stroke and intracranial hemorrhage diagnosis. Under his operational leadership, MaxQ became the first AI company to receive FDA Breakthrough Designation for a stroke rule-out algorithm.
Robert brings deep expertise in operational restructuring, cybersecurity framework implementation, complex technology environment management, and M&A integration — all now applied through an AI-first lens that compresses timelines and eliminates the manual overhead that traditional consulting leaves behind.
Our team has operated — not just advised — across every one of these sectors.
